It does not apply to losses incurred on broker platforms.
You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This 14-day period begins upon receiving the service.
To initiate a cancellation, please send us a clear written request.
Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom-made items
    are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by SilverBullsFX.

Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
